In April of last year CNC reported some problems:
“While its sales are rising, numerous quality problems have begun to appear, such as the inability to charge, connectivity failures, and electrical failures…”
In the same year some fires occurred….probably as a result of the aforementioned electrical failures.

Li Auto is profitable.

Xiaomi as a company is profitable though EV division is not.

There is no risk to either companies.

Nio on the other hand is not profitable.

This is bad. I thought Neta produced good looking and good quality cars. The GT was a waste effort actually. Was hoping that Neta S would come to SEA in sedan and wagon trim. Anyhow hope the maker would make it through otherwise it won’t be giving confidence to potential buyers on their products in long term.
